One of our government customers is a County located in the central portion of the U.S. state of California.
Problem:
The County needed assistance to refresh the network infrastructure and implement tools, policies, and services to ensure the County could achieve the below outcomes successfully:
Solution:
Netserv, through their high-level architecture solution consisting of a multitude of solutions including hardware, software, policies, best practices, and training, helped the County achieve the desired outcomes. They worked on low-level solution design where they performed the gap analysis on the current infrastructure and future model and implemented the new Network infrastructure design. NetServ scope also included the migration planning and testing plan development.
Result:
Helped County to refresh its old network infrastructure by moving to newer and highly secured infrastructure. County also achieved a good customer experience due to the new solution design implemented by Netserv.
